CareBridge is a health education and navigation service. The Health Navigator is NOT registered with AHPRA or the Medical Board of Australia. No document produced by CareBridge constitutes medical advice, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or referral. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating practitioner.

Block B

Sessions & Admin

For the patient who wants hands-on help — not a full report. Time-based services billed at a transparent hourly rate.

Navigation & Admin Support

$120 per hour

Coordinating referrals, chasing outstanding test results, organising next steps, tracking follow-ups, communicating with GP rooms or specialist offices on your behalf (with your written consent), and keeping your health journey moving when the system stalls.

3-hour package available: $330 (saving $30)

Consultation-Prep Session (“your speech”)

$130 1 hour · includes script

A one-hour video session dedicated entirely to preparing what you will say at your upcoming appointment. We work through your history and concerns together, identify the most important points, and rehearse how to raise them clearly and confidently.

You leave the session with a one-page personalised script — your words, structured to be heard.

“We rehearse how to raise your concerns in your words, and you leave with a one-page script. We never tell you what treatment to demand.”
Block C

Add-ons & Extras

Supplementary services that can be added to any report or session. Fixed fees — no surprises.

📬

Report Delivery & Clinic Liaison

$60

With your written consent, we make sure your document reaches your treating doctor and follow up that it arrived. This is administrative delivery of your own health information — handled privately, professionally, and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

💻

Appointment Accompaniment (video)

$120 / hour

Health navigation and emotional support during your video or phone appointment. CareBridge attends in a support role only — we never offer clinical opinions, suggest treatments, or intervene in clinical decision-making. For patients who benefit from having someone with them.

🔄

Major Report Update

From $90

When your included revision rounds have been used and your situation has changed significantly enough to require new work — new test results, a new specialist opinion, or a substantially changed clinical picture. Scope and price confirmed at the time of the request.

Block D

Membership (coming soon)

Ongoing support for patients with complex, long-term health journeys — so you never have to start from scratch again.

▶ Coming Soon

Ongoing Navigation & Advocacy Membership

Continuous coordination, follow-up, and health navigation for patients who need ongoing support — not just help with one appointment. Includes monthly document updates, referral tracking, coordination with your clinical team, and priority access for new appointments and urgent needs.

Billed monthly. Designed for patients with chronic, multi-specialist, or long-term complex conditions who need consistent, professional navigation — not episodic one-off help.

Things people ask before booking

Will my GP actually read this?
Most do — especially when a patient hands them a clear, one-page brief at the start of the appointment. We design every CareBridge document with a busy GP’s workflow in mind. We can’t guarantee every GP will engage, but the structure makes it as easy as possible.
Is this the same as getting a second medical opinion?
No. CareBridge is a health education and navigation service. We don’t diagnose, assess, or provide clinical opinions. We help you organise your own health information and present published research — your GP makes all the clinical decisions.
I’ve been dismissed before. Will this actually help?
We can’t change every GP. What we can do is make your case impossible to dismiss at first glance — by presenting your history clearly, mapping it to published diagnostic criteria, and putting the right questions in front of your doctor before the appointment ends.
How do I know which tier is right for me?
Tier 1 if you have one upcoming appointment and need to be organised. Tier 2 if you have unexplained symptoms and want published research to back up your history. Tier 3 if you have been undiagnosed or misdiagnosed for a long time with multiple symptoms that may be connected. Not sure? Message us — we’ll help you decide.
Is the intro call really free?
Yes. The 15-minute introductory call is free and carries no obligation. It exists so you can describe your situation and CareBridge can explain whether it can help and which service would be the right fit. No payment is taken until you approve a scope of work.
What if my appointment with my GP goes wrong?
It happens more than it should — and CareBridge exists precisely for this. If you felt dismissed or unheard, we help you document what happened and decide on next steps. If you left without a referral or answers, we can review what was discussed and prepare a revised brief framed differently. CareBridge doesn’t stop at the appointment door.
