Which tier is right for you?

Not sure? Start with the patient examples below each service — if one sounds like you, that's your tier.

Tier 1
GP Consult Ready
"Make the most of your 20 minutes"
Best for

Anyone with an upcoming GP appointment who wants to walk in organised, clear, and confident — without researching anything themselves.

What's included
  • One-page GP consultation brief to hand over at the start
  • Chronological symptom timeline
  • Prioritised question list (you provide the questions, we structure them)
  • Current medications and allergy summary
  • Previous investigations list
  • Personal notes section for after the appointment
Patient Example
Maria, 42 — Perth

Maria has been experiencing fatigue and headaches for several months. She has a GP appointment next week but always forgets what she wants to say and leaves feeling unheard.

CareBridge prepared a one-page brief and a structured question list. Maria's GP ordered blood tests and a referral — all within 15 minutes.

Delivered within 3–5 business days

Tier 3
Complex Case Navigation
"For the patient who has been everywhere"
Best for

Multi-symptom, multi-condition, or long-undiagnosed patients who need a comprehensive report that maps how their symptoms connect across published condition profiles.

What's included
  • Everything in Tiers 1 and 2, plus:
  • Up to 3 conditions investigated with separate evidence sections
  • Symptom attribution map across all conditions
  • Published cross-condition relationship table
  • Diagnostic pathway flowchart (per condition)
  • Specialist referral pathway summary
  • Two revision rounds included
Patient Example
James, 29 — Fremantle

James has been symptomatic for 6 years with joint hypermobility, fatigue, dizziness, hives, and GI issues. He has seen 7 doctors and received 3 different diagnoses. No specialist has looked at the full picture.

CareBridge prepared a Tier 3 report covering hEDS, POTS, and MCAS. His new GP referred him to rheumatology and cardiology simultaneously.

Things people ask before booking

Will my GP actually read this?
Most do — especially when a patient hands them a clear, one-page brief at the start of the appointment. We design every CareBridge document with a busy GP's workflow in mind. We can't guarantee every GP will engage, but the structure makes it as easy as possible.
Is this the same as getting a second medical opinion?
No. CareBridge is a health education and navigation service. We don't diagnose, assess, or provide clinical opinions. We help you organise your own health information and present published research — your GP makes all the clinical decisions.
I've been dismissed before. Will this actually help?
We can't change every GP. What we can do is make your case impossible to dismiss at first glance — by presenting your history clearly, mapping it to published diagnostic criteria, and putting the right questions in front of your doctor before the appointment ends.
How do I know which tier is right for me?
Tier 1 if you have one upcoming appointment and need to be organised. Tier 2 if you have unexplained symptoms and want published research to back up your history. Tier 3 if you have been undiagnosed or misdiagnosed for a long time with multiple symptoms that may be connected. Not sure? Message us — we'll help you decide.
Do you charge anything for the initial consultations?
The initial 15-minute conversation and the 30–40 minute consultation are both free. Pricing is discussed during the Strategy Consultation, where we explain the process and cost before you commit to anything. As CareBridge is currently launching, the first 5 patients will receive services free of charge while the program is being developed.
What if my consultation with my GP goes wrong?
It happens more than it should — and CareBridge exists precisely for this. If you felt dismissed or unheard, we help you document what happened and decide on next steps. If you left without a referral or answers, we can review what was discussed and prepare a revised brief framed differently. CareBridge doesn't stop at the appointment door — we're with you before, during preparation, and after.
