You describe your situation — your symptoms, how long you’ve been unwell, where you’re stuck in the system. CareBridge will tell you honestly whether it can help and which service fits. If CareBridge isn’t the right option, you’ll hear that too. No obligation, no sales pressure.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
All enquiries receive a response within one business day. If you have an urgent appointment coming up, mention this in your message and CareBridge will do its best to accommodate your timeline.
Can I contact you in Spanish?
Yes. CareBridge offers full services in Spanish. You can reach out via the contact form, email, or WhatsApp in Spanish and all responses will be in Spanish.
Is CareBridge a medical practice?
No. CareBridge is a health education and navigation service. The Health Navigator holds an international medical degree but is not registered with AHPRA or the Medical Board of Australia. The service does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. All clinical decisions remain with your treating registered health practitioner.
