CareBridge was founded because of a pattern that is impossible to ignore once you have seen it: patients who are clearly unwell, clearly prepared, and clearly articulate — being dismissed anyway. Not because their symptoms aren’t real. Because they don’t have the right document in the right format at the right moment.

I hold a medical degree (Fundación H.A. Barceló, Argentina) and clinical research experience at the Dobney Hypertension Centre, UWA / Royal Perth Hospital, with a peer-reviewed publication. I am not registered with AHPRA and do not practise medicine in Australia.

What I bring to CareBridge is the ability to read the published evidence the way a clinician does, structure a health history the way a medical record should be structured, and ask the questions a busy GP needs answered — so you don’t have to figure that out alone in a 15-minute appointment.

Is CareBridge a medical service? Can you give me a diagnosis?
No. CareBridge is a health education and navigation service. The Health Navigator holds an international medical degree but is NOT registered with AHPRA or the Medical Board of Australia. All clinical decisions, diagnoses, and treatment plans remain with your registered GP or specialist. CareBridge helps you organise, prepare, and present your health information — not make medical decisions.
Who reviews my case?
Every case is personally reviewed by Antonella Soarez Dornelles — a medically trained health navigator with a medical degree from Fundación H.A. Barceló and clinical research experience at the Dobney Hypertension Centre, UWA / Royal Perth Hospital. She is not registered with AHPRA and acts as a health educator and navigator, not a clinician.
What documents do I need to share?
Anything you have — blood tests, imaging results, referral letters, discharge summaries, medication lists, or even handwritten notes. If it feels disorganised, that is exactly what CareBridge is here to help with.
How long does a report take?
Tier 1 (GP Consult Ready, $190) is delivered in 3–5 business days. Tier 2 (Health Evidence Summary, $390) in 5–7 days. Tier 3 (Complex Case Navigation, $690) in 7–10 days. Your timeframe is confirmed at booking.
Is my health information kept private?
Yes. All information is handled in strict confidence in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Your information is never shared with third parties without your explicit written consent.
Do you work with patients outside Perth?
Yes. All services are delivered online — consultations by video, documents by email. CareBridge serves patients across all of Australia.
